My role through the CPPW project is to explore the YMCA's Community Based Organization model, which is our term for how we engage underserved communities in our work. I'm a youth development person so this is an excitiing change of pace for me. I'm leraning about the Y's healthy living pillar, engaging in HEAL work, exploring systems issues to engagement, and thinking through access barriers..
